During today’s NACON Connect presentation, developers revealed a fresh look at the violent gameplay for RoboCop: Rogue City.
As promised, today brought players and RoboCop fans a look (albeit brief) at the upcoming game in action. While there’s not much going on here in terms of story, it does offer a solid idea of how over-the-top the gameplay is gonna be:
Welcome to Detroit; crime runs rampant as the city lies on the edge of ruin, people fighting for scraps as others live extravagant lives of luxury. Control of the Detroit Police Department is given to the Omni Consumer Products corporation in an attempt to restore order. You are that solution, RoboCop, a cyborg tasked with protecting the city.
RoboCop: Rogue City is set to hit PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PCs in September 2023.
