Two years ago, Xbox created a new studio called The Initiative, where they pulled gaming veterans to develop new titles for Xbox Game Studios. However, no one knew what they were working on. Until today.
At The Game Awards, The Initiative revealed their first project and it’s for a beloved franchise, Perfect Dark. Check out the cinematic trailer.
The Initiative is aiming for this new Perfect Dark to be a stealth thriller unlike what’s on the market today. They spoke of how they still plan on staying true to the series and with insane weaponry and firefights, but that the scope of the game is to highlight Perfect Dark’s stealth, spy aspects.
