Interscope and Ubisoft have joined forces to release Mirage, an upcoming music track for the upcoming title Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The song features OneRepublic and Mishaal Tamer, making it the first time that the franchise has collaborated with a top 50 global artist. This partnership is a testament to the hard work and dedication poured into Assassin’s Creed music over the years.
Ryan Tedder, who is a songwriter and lead vocalist of the band, co-wrote the song and lyrics. The inspiration for the song came from the game. Additionally, the song “Mirage” for Assassin’s Creed Mirage, features notes sampled from the original soundtrack of Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Ubisoft also announced that up-and-coming Saudi artist, Mishaal Tamer will have his vocals featured in this song as well!

“Most people don’t know this about me, but my band and I are closet gamers. I’ve been a huge fan of Assassin’s Creed since the beginning. Having toured extensively in the Middle East, I wanted to capture the spirit of that region and reflect the location of the game sonically as much as possible. The single is set to be released on September 22 and Assassins Creed Mirage is set to release October 6th!
