During today’s NACON Connect, Daedalic showed off a new story trailer for The Lord of The Rings: Gollum, teasing the “untold story” and offering more gameplay.
Hoo boy…it feels like we’ve been talking about this Gollum game for a LONG time. Probably because we have been. After several (and we mean SEVERAL) delays, fans haven’t had an update on The Lord of the Rings game since last July. That update was to announce it wouldn’t be launching in the Fall, but would be pushed back “a few months.”
Well, it’s been more than a few months, but fans at least got something today with a brand new story trailer:
Still no release date, or even window, but supposedly it’s still coming this year.
Discover Daedalic’s untold story through a trailer featuring Gollum’s extraordinary adventure in search of his Precious. This original story will take you to several places accrossthrough Middle-earth where you’ll meet well-known characters from the books of J.R.R. Tolkien.
The Lord of the Ring: Gollum will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch at some point in 2023 (maybe).
