As promised, this morning brings a new trailer for Pokémon Violet and Pokémon Scarlet, offering gameplay footage and a release date!
After finishing up Pokémon Legends Arceus, I’m very much excited to see what the franchise goes next. Thankfully, Violet and Scarlet looks to continue the impressive new gameplay style, while adding in a bunch of new critters to collect and much more:
I’m very curious to see how the four-player co-op works this time around. It looks a bit different from the “Raids” co-op was used for in Sword/Shield, and if I’m actually able to journey the region with a friend (or my kids), that’s going to be awesome.
Even better, today’s trailer delivered a release date for players to mark on their calendars! Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet will launch worldwide on November 18, 2022.
