This morning brings a brand new trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin to show off more of the story, but also provides a release date!
If you’re looking forward to the Monster Hunter spin-off sequel (to the original game that launched on the 3DS), you now have a date to mark on the calendar. Capcom announced the RPG will launch on the Nintendo Switch on July 9th. They also gave us a new trailer to enjoy:
Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin offers both RPG and Monster Hunter fans a unique new experience with a rich storyline featuring charming characters, challenging quests and friendly encounters with familiar monsters from the Monster Hunter series.
To be honest, I’ve had the hardest time getting into the Monster Hunter franchise in general, but this spin-off, with it’s traditional RPG setup looks to hook me. Will you be playing Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin this Summer?
