The game rumored to have been canceled for Google’s Stadia has been officially revealed during The Game Awards 2023.
Kojima took the stage to showcase his new horror game, Overdose (OD) during the awards show. As a further guest appearance, Jordan Peele also took the stage to say he is taking part in helping design the experience. Kojima further referenced than Jordan Peele isn’t the only talent behind the scenes, and more will be revealed soon .
Kojima notes the game “isn’t really a game, but isn’t really a movie, it’s a new experience.” Rumors suggest the title utilizes streaming abilities to enhance live experiences. The game is the first exclusive title by Kojima for Xbox.
