We got a deeper look at Destiny 2: The Witch Queen this week.
Bungie dropped our first in-depth look at the new destination coming the in the expansion Savathûn’s Throne World.
“A twisted wonderland of corruption and splendor, Savathûn’s Throne World plays host to a fragile balance of terrifying power. Seek the truth and learn that in this place, mystery makes its home in both the Darkness and the Light,” developers said.
Players will take on a new enemies named the Lucent Brood, hive enemies infused with the same light that powers the Guardians.
In order to take them on, developers said, players will forge their own weapons with the new weapon crafting feature and will have the option to weird a new weapon type with the glaive.
Destiny 2: The Witch Queen ascends on February 22.
