Brett Douville, lead programmer for one of LucasArts most beloved and fondly remembered titles, Star Wars: Republic Commando, was kind enough to chat with me about his experience at LucasArts and dive deep into the heart of what the game work.  Come inside to check out my full interview!

The Harvest Moon series, known in Japan as Bokujo Monogatari, has been capturing the hearts of its fans with its simplistic gameplay style for nearly twenty years. The series originally launched on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1996 and fans have been losing their lives to the time sink that is Harvest Moon ever since.

I always knew that one day, I would write a tribute to my favorite game of all time in the form of an article. There’s no better time, as it’s Nintendo Exclusives month in Gamerlinx town and I’m pulling in, parking my rhino, and telling you why I think Donkey Kong Country 2 was one of the greatest Nintendo exclusives to grace this earth.

All sorts of new and amazing games are springing up on Steam Greenlight and Kickstarter.  These are great tools for game developers to present new ideas to the masses, and provides gamers the chance to try out something different.
