At CES 2023, Sony introduced to the world to their new accessibility controller kit “Project Leonardo” in development. The tech giant designed this kit by collaborating with accessibility experts and amazing organizations like AbleGamers, SpecialEffect, and Stack Up.
This is Project Leonardo.
The motivation behind the development of Project Leonardo is to give everyone the opportunity to play PlayStation titles. That’s why the new controller kit with a working title is completely customizable to whatever accommodations needed. You can either use it right out the box, button map, and you can save profiles so you don’t have to customize every time.
Additionally, Project Leonardo will be able to be used as a standalone controller, with another Project Leonardo controller, and with a DualSense Controller. So whatever you need, the Project Leonardo accessibility controller appears to be able to meet what’s required.
Project Leonardo is currently in development and no official release date has been announced, as of yet. To read more on Project Leonardo, click here.
