For our latest tech review, we take a look at GAOMON’s PD1561 pen display tablet, which brings big features with a more affordable price tag.
I have found myself with yet another drawing tablet to review! This time is from a company I haven’t worked with before: GAOMON. They’ve been around for a while now, offering a handful of different drawing tablet options for artists that don’t break the bank like some of the competition out there.
They were kind enough to send me there most recent Pen Display tablet (the PD1561) to test out. While there are some niggling issues to be aware of, overall it’s a competent display tablet that brings together the features artists want. Check out the video for my full thoughts.
Overall, I’m very much digging GAOMON’s pen display tablet and interested to see how this company continues to grow and innovate within this space. I especially love how everything you need comes in the box (complete with a drawing glove, stand, and even carrying case), making it an ideal option for newer artists looking to get into the digital space, or upgrading to a pen display for the first time. It may not bring the same quality as some of their higher end competitors, but coming in under $300, it’s a tough one to beat for any other display in a comparable price range.
GAOMON’s PD1561 pen display tablet is available now directly from their online store, or other online retailers. Be sure to head on over to their site to learn more about this tablet and check out some of their other products that may also suit your needs.
