So far, the marketing for Denis Villenuenve’s Dune has been fairly skimpy when it comes to the iconic sandworms. Today, however, thanks to Dark Horse Direct (revealed by Polygon) we’re have our best look at the film’s design thanks to some bookends!
Coming in at $150 and limited to only 2,000 units, this is something fans of both the books and upcoming film will certainly want to get their hands on. My fingers are itching at the pre-order button now, but I’m trying to hold myself in check…It’s not easy.
These look great from a collectible standpoint, and I’m very much digging how these things are going to look in the movie. They manage to feel like what you’d expect, while bringing its own style to the iconic creatures.
