LEGO’s newest Batman themed set brings the iconic animated series to life via a sprawling cityscape that’s packed with Easter eggs for fans to enjoy.
In our latest toy review, I had the unexpected good fortune to get my hands (courtesy of LEGO) on the newest mega-set from LEGO. Coming in a little over 4,200 pieces, Batman: The Animated Series Gotham City is a beastly build, that’s a whole lot of fun.
Despite the size and amount of tiny pieces, I had a lot of fun putting this one together. The end result is phenomenal and will look gorgeous no matter how you display it. While it’s definitely not much of a “playset,” and thus geared for older collectors, the build is set up in a way that multiple people (of all ages) can get in on the fun of putting it all together.
If you’re a Batman fan or a LEGO fan, this is an easy recommendation. There’s just so much love about it between the build, the way it’s all laid out, the final design, and oodles of Easter eggs packed inside.
