Just as soon as I was able to console my wallet from the Funko reveals this morning, Hasbro goes and sends out the press release for all of their new Solo: A Star Wars Story products. More than the handful of figures we glimpsed in February, today we have a plethora of new toys/products for our eyeballs to feast on.
All of these are slated to hit on April 13th (this Friday), so let’s start with a gander at some of the new toys they revealed, including the new vehicle and 12 inch big figures:
Then of course, we have the tie-in games, which include a new Star Wars version of Monopoly (something I’m always a sucker for) and an honest-to-goodness live version of Sabacc!
I’ve been waiting for the Sabacc game to play for a long time, and I’m eager to get my hands on this one and see how it actually plays out in real life. It’s cool that we’re getting official cards based on the iconic game from a galaxy far, far away. Let’s hope it’s a blast to play with the family.
