After tons of rumors/false starts, Metal Gear Solid fans finally have reason to rejoice. The Metal Gear Solid 3 remake is real!
The announcement comes from Sony’s PlayStation Showcase, and feels like the boost of serotonin I needed. As a diehard fan of the franchise, it’s been too long since we’ve had anything MGS related to enjoy. Hell, it’s been years since the games have even been playable on any current system! Today, I can finally know peace:
On top of that amazing trailer (which I honestly wasn’t sure where they were going with it until the end reveal), they also revealed a MGS Master Collection is set to arrive this Fall! Since we haven’t been able to play MGS 1 or 2 in a LONG time, this is definitely an amazing bonus.
I am one happy camper!
