Today, Sony Santa Monica revealed what we have all been waiting for, God of War: Ragnarök is finally releasing on November 9th for PS4 and PS5! This is news that I don’t think any knew was coming this morning and fans can finally rest knowing that it is releasing this year!
We also have received a new trailer for the game that features Kratos and Atreus taking on very large challenges finally as a team!
Lastly, we also got an official reveal/unboxing video of the Collectors Edition and Jötnar Edition of the game! All the information you need about said collectors edition is listed below the video and sited via PlayStation Blog!
God of War Ragnarök – Collector’s Edition
As you’ve seen in the above video, the God of War Ragnarök Collector’s Edition comes housed in a beautiful box representing the Knowledge Keeper’s Shrine. This shrine was of the triptychs that Kratos and Atreus came across in God of War (2018), depicting the tale of a powerful seer, the Giant Sorceress called Gróa, who was the first to have a vision of Ragnarök.
Opening the Shrine, you’ll find the following:
