Epic Games just dropped two new trailers for their latest crossover event with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and it’s looking awesome! There are tons of rewards and features to check out, including weapons, the returning Driftboard, and Pizza Party. You can also complete Cowabunga Quests to earn Ooze, which will help you level up in the game and unlock the ultimate reward: the Turtle Blimp Glider, one of Donnie’s most innovative inventions.
But wait, there’s more! If you’re looking for even more rewards, then you can upgrade to the Premium Reward Track. This will automatically unlock the Shredder Outfit, and there are also loads of extra rewards to unlock at the same rate as the free reward track. And if you’re a fan of LEGO Fortnite, then you’ll be pumped to know that Shredder and Super Shredder have a LEGO style!
So there you have it, folks. The latest crossover event between Epic Games and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise is going to be epic. With tons of rewards and exciting gameplay, you’ll be able to enjoy hours of fun as you level up and unlock new features. Below we have both trailers released, as well as fully detailed info sourced from EPIC GAMES!
UNLEASH YOUR TURTLE POWER
Whether you’re wielding Leonardo’s Katanas, Raphael’s Sai, Michelangelo’s Nunchaku, or Donatello’s Staff, you’ll have the same four abilities (with slightly different stats depending on the weapon):
- Attack: Hold the primary fire button to swing, swing, and keep swinging.
- Air Attack: Press the primary fire button in-air for a devastating air attack.
- Dash Attack: Press the secondary fire button to charge with your weapon.
- Double Jump: With one of the weapons equipped, jump while you’re already in the air!
All four weapons have three charges, with each charge returning after ten seconds. Charges are used for the Air Attack and Dash Attack. Find these weapons from Chests, Supply Drops, and vending machines!
IT’S TURTLE TIME!
Fighting’s for if you got no other choice, 180s, and pizza are for all the time. TMNT-ified Driftboards are on the Island waiting for you to ride on! See what stunts you can pull off before enjoying a pipin’ hot Pizza Party box.
Need a refresher on what fresh pizza can do? Pizza Party boxes have eight righteous slices of pizza to share with your team or eat all by yourself. Each slice restores Health and Shield simultaneously, with the Shield cap being 100. Find Pizza Party boxes from the ground, Chests, and for sale from Splinter in exchange for Bars!
Forgiveness is divine but this pizza’s on time.
COWABUNGA QUESTS
Traveling through the Island’s sewer pipes? Buying Raphael’s Sai from a vending machine? Congrats, you’re completing Cowabunga Quests at the same time! Cowabunga Quests awards you Ooze for completing certain objectives, and the more Ooze you earn, the more in-game rewards you’ll unlock! Go to the Cowabunga tab in the Lobby to keep track of your Ooze and remaining rewards. (Tip: there are also Quests for earning XP in creator-made islands!)

On this screen, you’ll notice the free reward track and the Premium Reward Track upgrade available for 1,000 V-Bucks. The free reward track contains 11 unlockable rewards, including the TMNT Pizza Back Bling and OOZE Wrap. Slapping’s meant for more than Mikey — one of the rewards is The Kuro Kabuto Bass for jamming on the Island! The Turtle Blimp Glider is the final reward of this track:
If you purchase the Premium Reward Track upgrade, you’ll unlock extra rewards as you unlock rewards in the free reward track (without having to complete additional Quests). Upon purchasing this upgrade, you’ll automatically receive the Shredder Outfit! Shredder has both a Fortnite Style and a LEGO Style.

HAI, SENSEI: SPLINTER IN THE SHOP!
A stoic sage doesn’t always have to stay in the background. Ninjutsu master and the Turtles’ adoptive father, Splinter is in the Fortnite Shop for all of Cowabunga! The Splinter Outfit has both a Fortnite and LEGO Style:

INSIDE SCOOP: TURTLES AND APRIL O’NEIL BACK IN THE SHOP!
Thought the Turtles would cower from Shredder? Uncool. During all of Cowabunga, the Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello Outfits will be back in the Shop.
LEGO Styles? Totally. All four Turtles have a LEGO Style!
Investigative reporter April O’Neil is back on the scene too for all of Cowabunga, and it’s no news that her Outfit has both a Fortnite Style and LEGO Style:

I hope you like turtles because Cowabunga begins today!
