A new trailer has been released for the upcoming Wonka movie.
A new trailer has been released for Wonka, the origin film that explains how Willy Wonka became the world’s greatest candy maker. This new trailer expands on the story that’s already been hinted at and shows just what Wonka is up against, as well as showing more interactions between Wonka and Lofty the Oompa Loompa as played by Hugh Grant.

As with the first trailer, everything looks great from a visual perspective. The issue remains though, that nobody asked for Wonka to get an origin story and, truthfully, the more I see of Hugh Grant’s Oompa Loompa the less I like him.
Regardless, the new trailer for Wonka does look good and hopefully the film will be as well. Wonka arrives in theaters on December 15, 2023.
