SYFY has released a trailer for the upcoming drama series The Ark.
There have been a number of films, series and other stories that have envisaged what an attempt to colonize other planets might look like. The upcoming SYFY series The Ark looks to join that list and I have to say it looks pretty interesting. The series is set to premiere on February 1, 2023.
The Ark is set 100 years in the future and follows Ark One, a colony ship en route to a distant planet…or at least it was until a collision turns everything upside down for the would-be colonists.
As you can see in the trailer below, things look pretty grim, but those on board aren’t going down without a fight:

A lot of things can go wrong in outer space. The Ark takes place 100 years in the future when planetary colonization missions have begun as a necessity to help secure the survival of the human race.
