Netflix has finally revealed the release dates and a trailer for the second and final season of Arcane, and it will be split into three parts. The series is produced by the French animation studio Fortiche under the supervision of Riot Games, the creators of League of Legends.
The streamer shared the news on social media that Arcane‘s Act 1 will premiere November 9, Act 2 on November 16, and Act 3 on November 23.
“A new fighter has entered the ring. Experience Vi’s journey in the final chapter of Arcane,” Netflix said on X, along with a first look at an “official clip” for the upcoming season. It’s the second look at S2 in two weeks.
Voice actors in the upcoming season include Hailee Steinfeld (Vi), Annie Award winner Ella Purnell (Jinx) and Katie Leung (Caitlyn), Reed Shannon (Ekko), Amirah Vann (Sevika), Mick Wingert (Heimerdinger), Ellen Thomas (Ambessa), and Brett Tucker (Singed), among others.
The first season of Arcane: League of Legends earned four Primetime Emmy Awards in 2022, including for Outstanding Animated Program. It also collected awards at the 2022 Annie Awards, The Game Awards, and nominated for Top Soundtrack at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards.
