A stunning new trailer has been released for the Ahsoka series ahead of its release on Disney+ next month.
With the release of Ahsoka on Disney+ rapidly approaching, Disney is whetting our appetites by releasing a mind-blowing new trailer that showed us everything we were hoping to see and more. The show is set to premiere with a two-episode premiere on August 23, 2023.
As a refresher, Ahsoka is set to follow the former Padawan of Anakin Skywalker as she is on a collision course to confront Grand Admiral Thrawn, the Heir to the Empire. Along the way she reunites with a set of very familiar faces from Star Wars: Rebels, hopefully to avert a full-scale war. With Thrawn back in the picture though, who can say what will happen?

As someone who faithfully watched Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels, I loved everything about this trailer. Seeing Thrawn in live-action is a dream come true and I am beyond excited to see what happens when Ahsoka inevitably comes face to face with the legendary Chiss.
It’s also exciting to see the questions raised by this trailer. For instance, did anyone else catch Sabine calling Ahsoka ‘Master’? It’s a small moment, but one that raises oh so many questions.
