New LEGO Star Wars Animated Special Coming to Disney Plus in August

During Star Wars Celebration it was revealed that the next animated LEGO Star Wars special, Summer Vacation, will arrive in August.

The last two LEGO Star Wars specials we got, Terrifying Tales and The Holiday Special, are pretty fantastic. They’re an insane amount of fun and manage to bring pretty compelling stories to fans of all ages. As such, I’m SUPER excited to see these are going to continue. Which, funny enough, leaked out a bit earlier this week:

While the previous specials focused on the Christmas and Halloween holidays, this one will be all about fun in the Sun. While they haven’t offered up many details, they did reveal a swanky teaser poster, and a release date: LEGO Star Wars: Summer Vacation will hit Disney+ on August 5, 2022.
