First Trailer Released for Showtime Series ‘Let The Right One In”

The first trailer has finally been released for Showtime’s upcoming adaptation of Let The Right One In.

After a lengthy development period, Showtime has finally revealed the first trailer for their adaptation of Let The Right One In, based on the novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist. This is the third adaptation of Lindqvist’s novel, and the first to be created for television (the first two adaptations were for film). The series is set to premiere on Showtime on October 7, 2022.

While the format has changed, the basic plot remains the same: Let The Right One In follows Mark and his daughter Eleanor, played by Demián Bichir and Madison Taylor Baez respectively, a decade after a shocking incident changed their lives forever.

Check out the trailer in the video below:

Mark and his daughter Eleanor’s lives changed 10 years ago when she was turned into a vampire. Eleanor leads a secluded life, able to go out only at night, while her father does his best to feed her the human blood she needs to survive.
