First Trailer for Season 3 of ‘The Legend of Vox Machina’ Revealed at IGN Live

At IGN Live, the first look at season 3 of The Legend of Vox Machina was finally unveiled.

Fans of Critical Role and The Legend of Vox Machina have been begging for a look at season 3 of the animated series for months and yesterday their wish was finally granted. As IGN Live got underway, a teaser trailer of sorts was released for the series in the form of the season’s new opening sequence. The new season is set to release on Prime Video on October 3, 2024.

The new footage can be viewed below:

Those who have seen the original campaign will see a lot of Easter eggs for the part of the campaign that is being approached in this season. As a reminder, season 3 is set to open in the wake of Vox Machina slaying the dragon Umbrasyl with several more yet to face before the land is freed of their domination.

Equally enticing was the reveal that the cast has begun recording for the Mighty Nein animated series, which will follow the adventures of Critical Role’s equally iconic second campaign. Though there’s no word on when that series will drop, it’s good to know production continues on the series.
