Ben Kingsley is making another appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Trevor Slattery.
He will be reprising the role for the upcoming Wonder Man series headed to Disney+, Variety reported on Tuesday.
Slattery was first seen in Iron Man 3 as the fake Mandarin, then is freed from prison by the real Mandarin, Shang-Chi’s father Xu Wenwu, in the All Hail the King short, and then most recently in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings where he is freed and helps defeat Wenwu.
According to Variety, the show will focused on Simon Williams/Wonder Man and the series will reportedly be a Hollywood satire. Slattery has been established in the universe as a failed actor and Williams/Wonder Man is an actor and stuntman in the comic. The report says that Kingsley is slated to play a major role, but sources did not say how many episodes he would appear in.
