The big-screen story of Sonic the Hedgehog will continue!!
Well that didn’t take long! Sonic the Hedgehog 3 doesn’t officially hit theaters until tomorrow but word has already broken from Variety that Paramount Pictures has given the green light to Sonic the Hedgehog 4!
Sadly, we’ll have to wait a bit for this next installment, as Sonic the Hedgehog 4 is being aimed for a 2027 release, which may be just over two years (!!) from now but it still feels like an eternity.
While Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is introducing Shadow the Hedgehog to the story, there’s no telling what a fourth installment will feature, nor is it currently clear if the third film will have any kind of post-credits teaser for what’s to come.
If the past installments are any indication however, it will be worth the wait!
