Prime Video has revealed the first trailer for the Road House remake starring Jake Gyllenhaal as he kicks ass all throughout our first look.
It’s been a long road to the remake of the iconic 80s flick, Road House (which starred Patrick Swayze), but we’re finally getting to see what they’ve cooked up. Today brings the first trailer for the Jake Gyllenhaal actioner in which he definitely brings the charm:
I don’t have the same fondness for the original as many others do, but this one looks kinda fun. Maybe not something I’d be rushing out of the house to see in the theater, but certainly something to kick back and have a good time over a weekend.
In this adrenaline-fueled reimagining of the 80s cult classic, ex-UFC fighter Dalton (Jake Gyllenhaal) takes a job as a bouncer at a Florida Keys roadhouse, only to discover that this paradise is not all it seems.
Road House will kick off this year’s SXSW festival before it hits Prime Video on March 21, 2024.
