Cook Up Adventure with Raya and the Last Dragon and Raddish Kids

Disney Animation’s latest film, Raya and the Last Dragon is mere sleeps away (coming out this Friday, March 5) and what better way to celebrate the arrival of a new epic adventure than with food inspired by the magical land featured in the film?

Strapping fans in for a full immersive experience, Disney has collaborated with Raddish Kids to take families on a culinary adventure to Raya’s homeland of Kumandra, inspired by Southeast Asia. Raddish is a cooking club for kids that aims to deliver “culinary experiences that nuture kids’ confidence in the kitchen and beyond.” For the first time, our eyes and taste buds will be experiencing an all-new Disney land with the young ones leading the recipe creation.

How does it work? Families can create their own “Dinner & a Movie” night with a free printable digital Raddish cooking kit that includes three Raya-inspired recipes:

  • Shrimp Noodles
  • Pork Lettuce Cups, and
  • Mango Sticky Rice

Yum! The recipes are easy to follow and the site also provides a step-by-step cook-along video with an appearance from a Disney chef.

Readers can access the free, flavor-filled kit at Raddish.com/DisneyRaya

Are you as excited about Raya as we are? Let’s check out the trailer just one more time in preparation for Friday!
