Netflix has revealed a new, full-length, trailer for their upcoming fantasy/action flick, Damsel which stars Millie Bobby Brown.
Netflix’s next big original movie arrives next month in the form of Damsel. Today brings a fresh trailer, offering our best look at the film so far and the story it tells:
What’s wild to me is how much this is reminding me of Ready or Not…and I mean that in a good way. Visually, the film looks solid and I’m all about fantasy/action and flipping known tropes on their head. All in all, this one could be pretty fun.
A dutiful damsel agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find the royal family has recruited her as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt. Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive.
Damsel launches March 8, 2024 only on Netflix.
