The Last Witch Hunter is a supernatural action film, it tells the story of an immortal witch hunter (Diesel) having to team up with his enemy, a witch (Leslie), to prevent the witch covens of New York City from unleashing a deadly plague on all of humanity.
It is unclear as to what role Caine will be playing though he is no stranger to the action genre with roles previously in Inception, Now You See Me, and The Dark Knight franchise.
The film is directed by Breck Eisner and is written by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama.
While The Last Witch Hunter has no release date yet it will be released under the Summit Entertainment label. For now, you can see Caine in Christopher Nolan’s next action film Interstellar alongside Anne Hathaway and Matthew McConaughey out this November.
