D23 Brazil: New Poster and Trailer for Captain America: Brave New World

At D23 Brazil, Marvel revealed a stunning new trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, teasing a taught political thriller, with big action.

On top of giving MCU fans a fresh look at Thunderbolts*, Marvel also gave us a swanky new trailer for Captain America: Brave New World. Yes, we get to see plenty of Red Hulk in action.

I’m digging this trailer quite a lot. Really does a great job of selling it as more of a spy/political thriller (especially with it’s 24 style editing), while showcasing some badass visual moments. Seeing Sam Wilson bounce the shield off incoming rockets in the air is just all sorts of awesome and peak superhero stuff.

On top of that, we also have a new poster to enjoy, which harkens back to a classic Captain America comic book cover:

Marvel Studios’ “Captain America: Brave New World” follows Sam Wilson, who after meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.

“Captain America: Brave New World” stars Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford. The film is directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore. Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth serve as executive producers.

Captain America: Brave New World hits theaters on February 14, 2025.
