The one deterrent so far that might be a problem for some players is the steep learning curve. While the tutorial missions give a good sense of the mechanics, the subtle nuances need to be learned through trial and error. Or, if you’re lucky, a good Samaritan or experienced player can assist you through some of the more intricate parts of the game.
Leveling up your tank, buying new tanks or resources again fall into the overall strategy of the game. Since the overall economy is centered on a free-to-play ecosystem, so far everything seems to be earned and unlocked through just playing the game, I will hold my final breakdown until the full game release. World of Tanks 360 is shaping up to be a unique and welcomed addition to the Xbox 360 library.

World of Tanks is a team-based massively multiplayer online action game dedicated to armored warfare. Downloadable and free-to-play for for both Gold and Silver subscribers on Xbox Live, World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition features revamped controls, matchmaking, a new user interface and other features to take advantage of the Xbox 360’s technological capabilities and online features. World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition will also feature in-game purchases such as premium tanks, consumables and premium accounts to boost experience and currency accrual rates.
