Travellers Rest is a wonderfully cozy tavern management sim that has undergone scores of changes since it first launched and changed hands.
The original developer and the devs who lovingly took over at Isolated Games have taken a great game and have continued to make it better since it first launched in 2020! Other major updates in the last year include the recently released City update! We also got huge overhauls on Farm Animals and Fishing!
Update 0.6.6 brings up the Beekeeping and Irrigation update, along with new decorations, new recipes and much more! I will be including the full patch notes below. Here’s the update trailer
Developers also shared that most of the “most of the team is currently working on the online multiplayer mode” with plans to release sometime in the first third of 2025!
Travellers Rest Beekeeping and Irrigation Patch Update 0.6.6
- The new irrigation system has been added, which will make it easier for you to take care of your crops.
- Apiaries have been added with which you can produce honey and wax.
- New Encyclopedia entries: an entry on Irrigation has been added to the Growing Crops section, and one on Apiaries added to the Livestock section.
- New honey-based recipes have been added.
- New decorations have been added to shops.
- New decoration blueprints have been added to shops.
- New hairstyles have been added to Wilson’s shop.
- New wall item added: the cuckoo clock, with which you can set alarms.
- Players can now click on the date or time to swap between the two instantly. This way, you won’t have to wait to see what day it is.
- New new language options have been added: Catalan and Portuguese from Portugal.
- Fixed several visual bugs in the user interfaces in local co-op mode.
- Fixed a bug that caused animal feeders not to work correctly.
- Fixed a bug that causes some items not to get filtered correctly in shops.
- Fixed several errors that could happen when felling trees.
- Fixed several minor bugs.
- Text and translations have been updated.
