A new horror game is coming next year from developer DALOAR and publisher Daedalic Games.
Announced earlier today, the new first person horror game will deal with the paranormal. Following Alan Rebels, players will discover an island called Godstone to uncover his fathers mysterious disappearance. As he uncovers the truth on this once cult ridden island, he must use the power hidden within his mystical pendulum.
The further along you dive into the game, the more you need to use the paranormal communication to explore spirits in the abandoned island. As you progress, Alan begins to question his own beliefs.

Some key features of the game include:
- Mystic Pendulum: Utilize the pendulum’s five unique mechanics to interact with and manipulate the environment.
- Memorable Characters: Encounter adversaries that make the investigation a true nightmare.
- Puzzles: Solve a variety of puzzles that require insight into the occult.
- Original Soundtrack: Featuring music by renowned composer Pepe Herrero.
The game devs do note that this is a first person survival horror with “hide and seek” components, meaning you may be playing without running around with a gun or true weapon. Personally I prefer this type of game because they have a way of making you feel a threat.
The game is set to be released in 2025.
