This morning, DeNA and The Pokémon Company released information on Space-Time Smackdown the long-awaited second full set of cards for their hit new mobile card battler, Pokémon TCG Pocket! This news was dropped in the form of a YouTube video, showcasing the flagship cards of the expansion, Dialga EX and Palkia EX. Check it out for yourself below:
The time-turning Dialga EX is a Steel type, with abilities that help pump up your other Steel type cards, and the space-twisting Palkia EX is a Water type with an easily-accessible early attack and a powerful finisher that attacks its opponent’s benched Pokémon as well.
Other notable cards revealed in the trailer include the 4th Generation starters Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup, as well as Leafeon, Cresselia and Pachirisu EX! There are a fair few more cards revealed in this short trailer, too, but you’ll have to watch it yourself to find out.
This news also comes with news about card trading, a feature that has been built into the game but left deactivated since its release, leaving players to wonder when it will actually be available. TPC has given us a hard date for the trading feature in this trailer as well, to be added on Tuesday, January 28th.
