PlayStation revealed news and updates on more than 20 upcoming PS5 and PS VR2 games during the September showcase, including a number of spooky games just in time for fall. We also got a look at some huge sequels and remasters.
Here’s a look at everything revealed in today’s showcase.
Astrobot
Astrobot will get 5 new online speedrun levels and 10 new bots to rescue as a free add-on in the Fall.

ArcheAge Chronicles
ArcheAge Chronicles (formerly known as ArcheAge 2) is the next evolution of the critically acclaimed ArcheAge series. Building on the legacy of its predecessor, this new title introduces players to a seamless open world filled with adventure, epic battles, and endless possibilities. The game is developed from the ground up with the power of Unreal Engine 5 to deliver stunning visuals and an immersive gameplay experience.

Released today on PlayStation 5.
Lunar Remastered Collection
Players who haven’t had the pleasure of playing Silver Star and Eternal Blue are in for a treat with the remastered versions of both launching in Spring 2025.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge
Mondo Gecko and Mona Lisa will be added along with some music updates that launched today in the Radical Reptiles DLC.
Sonic X Shadow Generations
Keanu Reeves will voice Shadow the Hedgehog in the movie pack inspired by the new movie, which is included in the Deluxe Edition of Sonic X Shadow Generations. Releases on October 25.
Fantasian Neo Dimension
The turn-based RPG launches on December 5 on PS4 and PS5.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard
Players got a look at some extended footage of a battle at the Hossberg Wetlands. Dragon Age: The Veilguard launches on October 31, 2024.
Alan Wake II: The Lake House
The expansion releases in October.
Hitman: World of Assassination
Releases on PlayStation 5 and PSVR 2 in December.
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 and 2 Remastered
Will be launching on December 10 on PlayStation 4 and 5 Consoles.
Fear the Spotlight
Releases on October 22, 2024, on PS4 and PS5 consoles.
Towers of Aghasba
Releases into Early Access on PS5 in November 2025.
LEGO Fortnite
The split-screen update is “coming soon.” PlayStation also announced a new limited edition Fortnite DualSense Controller that will be available to pre-order on October 3.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins
Dynasty Warriors: Origins will launch on January 17, 2025.
Monster Hunter Wilds
Monster Hunter Wilds will release on February 28, 2025.
LEGO Horizons Adventures
Releasing on PS5 and PC, preorders open on October 3. New version of Horizon Zero Dawn will be able to upgrade to PS5 for $9.99 on October 31.
Stellar Blade X Nier: Automata DLC
Releases on PS5 in 2024.
Monthly games in October
WWE 2K24, Dead Space and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus release on PlayStation Plus on October 1.

Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain and Dino Crisis will be added by end of year.
