MSI Unveils Two New Series of Gaming Monitors; Curved Gaming Series & Esports Gaming Series

MSI, one of the biggest and well-known gaming brands, has announced two new game-changing series of Gaming Monitors. The Curved Gaming Series and The Esports Gaming Series. Learn more about them within.

Between next-gen consoles like the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X and NVIDIA‘s all-powerful GPU, the GeForce RTX 30 series, graphics and frame rates are at an all-time high. So, with the places we play upgrading, it’s only natural that the monitors we play on get an upgrade too.

With that in mind, MSI has debuted two new series of Gaming Monitors that capture and show off all the insane detail from next-gen systems and GPUs. Introducing the Curved Gaming Series and the Esports Gaming Series.

Curved Gaming Series

The Curved Gaming Series features an ergonomic curved monitor design that conforms to the human eye. It provides players with increased comfort, high-contrast, and 178-viewing VA panel, providing an excellent gaming experience for all video game genres and video viewing. An extraordinary visual experience for both gaming and leisure purposes makes the Curved Gaming Series the monitor for all consumers. The Curved Gaming Series can be users’ starting point for gaming, the first choice on their road to victory.

Esports Gaming Series

The Esports Gaming Series focuses on meeting the needs of players who are desperately eager to win. It uses the exact specifications of monitors used in esports with an extremely fast response time, high refresh rate and tear-free image processing. For serious gamers who know exactly what they need, or fans of high FPS games, the Esports Gaming Series will be their partner on the road to victory.

Design features of the Esports Gaming series include:
1. A flat screen with no half-center shape changes suitable for professional FPS players who cannot tolerate even the slightest error.
2. IPS and TN Panels that have extremely fast response times and reduce the possibility of afterimages.
3. A minimal MSI Esports Series product logo to reduce the interference of the screen and contribute to the victory of players.
4. A flat foot design and adjustable stand providing more flexibility for keyboard placement and is friendlier to players who need to adjust the screen distance for different game types.

With the announcement of the Esports Gaming Series, MSI also released a monitor that they call “An essential leader in the Esports Gaming series”, the Oculux NXG253R, which is available right now!

MSI is proud to officially announce the fastest esports gaming monitor in the world: the Oculux NXG253R. The 24.5″ 1080p monitor is equipped with a groundbreaking 360Hz high refresh rate and 1ms GTG response time Rapid IPS panel. The Oculux NXG253R ensures that players will always be at peak performance while gaming. Powered by NVIDIA G-SYNC, the Oculux NXG253R supports exclusive features like Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) from 0 to 360 Hz, the fastest ULMB mode that supports up to 240Hz, and brand new Reflex Latency Analyzer that captures end-to-end system latency.

Beyond performance, MSI created an exceptional viewing experience. The four-dimensional adjustable stand provides maximum ergonomics, and the wide color gamut Rapid IPS panel with HDR technology produces saturated colors and mesmerizing images. The Less Blue Light and Anti-Flicker functions certified by TÜV Rheinland® work to lessen eye fatigue.

With a focus on consistently producing superior products for gamers, MSI will keep challenging itself in the design and performance of its gaming monitors.

NVIDIA G-SYNC technology
Oculux NXG253R supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) technology. Experience the lowest system latency from 1 to 360Hz for faster reaction times, practically no ghosting, and the smoothest motion to help stay on target. Add in zero tearing with G-SYNC, and it’s clear why Oculux NXG253R is destined to win.

Rapid IPS
Like a standard IPS, Rapid IPS display produces no image distortion and minimum color shifts when viewed from different angles. The liquid crystal molecules of Rapid IPS rotate at a speed that is up to 4x faster than normal ones, therefore the response time is shortened to 1ms GTG and can eliminate monitor blur.

360Hz High Refresh Rate & 1ms GTG Fast Response Time
The 360Hz display powered by NVIDIA G-SYNC is 1.5X faster than conventional 240HZ displays and takes full advantage of ultra-high frame rates in today’s biggest game titles such as VALORANT, Fortnite, CS: GO, Rainbow Six Siege, Overwatch and Apex Legends. Visualize and experience the extremely fluid gameplay with no latency to ensure the most precise targeting.

NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer
Victory measured in milliseconds. Latency Analyzer captures end-to-end system latency and delivers a precise measure of your PC’s performance. Step confidently into battle knowing your PC performs at peak level with GeForce RTX GPUs and NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer-compatible displays and mice.

ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur)
Enjoy the ultra-fast response time of impulse displays in inherently slower ‘hold’-type LCD displays for moving objects that are silky-smooth and crystal-clear. Reach out your hand and grasp a bullet in motion.
