After some serious voting over the past week, we’re ready to announce our Game of the Year for 2022!
Last week, our gaming team presented their nominees for 2022’s Game of the Year, and why their choices deserved to win. For the past week, our readers have voted and today we reveal who YOU picked to win.
And the winner is….
ELDEN RING
FromSoftware’s latest ass-kicking action RPG takes the top prize for the year, and has pretty much dominated the voting since we initially opened the polls. Seriously, from about the second day of voting it was clear no other entry would be catching up. God of War: Ragnarok came in a close second, while the horror title MADiSON pulled out a surprising third place over Horizon Forbidden West.
Definitely not what I was expecting, but that’s a major part of the fun! Thanks to all of you who voted this year and sharing your 2022 gaming experiences with us. We’ll be contacting the winner of The Witcher 3 on PS5 via email so keep your eyes peeled!
